Comprehensive Career Counseling is based on four types of psychological assessment (Aptitude, Personality, Interest, & Intelligence) on scientific grounds. Aptitude testing is the primary testing. Every child is born with some special qualities. There is a need to explore a child’s hidden talent. A child can be most successful in his life if a child considers his strengths and weaknesses and his personality traits while making decisions regarding his further stream of study or ultimately regarding his career. We use scientifically standardized tools to assess the Aptitude, Personality, interests, & Intelligence of the students in order to help them understand their unique and hidden talents. Brief information regarding these standardized assessment tools is mentioned below:-

1. Aptitude testing: Aptitude Battery for Career Counselling- Revised (ABCC-2)

     Aptitude is innate, learned, and acquired ability. Aptitude tests are mainly made to assess intelligence and knowledge. An aptitude test is an instrument that is used to determine and measure an individual's ability to acquire, through future training, some specific set of skills.

Aptitude tests can be used to help:
  • • Choose among career and educational options based on strengths and weaknesses.
  • • Assists an individual to be aware of why they perform well or poorly in certain subjects.
  • • Suggest new career options.
  • • Modify or change educational and career aspirations.

Seven areas of aptitude have been finalized which are mentioned below along with the time taken to perform each of them:-
