Shipping Policy

Orders for domestic purchasers are dispatched by registered domestic courier firms and/or speed post. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 weeks, according to stock availability, or as agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, with delivery subject to Courier Company / Post Office standards. Orders placed by foreign purchasers are sent and delivered by registered international courier firms and/or fast post. Insight Development Educational Academy is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days of the date of order and payment or as agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Soft Copy in the form of PDF/word/Excel etc. (Depending upon the type of service required by the customer) is delivered immediately after confirmation of final payment in case of any unavoidable technical reason the same is provided within 72 hours. If not received within the stipulated time the customs are encouraged and advised to contact us with valid proof of payment for resolving the issue.

Refund & Replacement Policy

We request you to please do proper research before placing the order once the order is dispatched we don’t take returns of the product in any case. We take requests for replacement of the same product in case of a defect of damaged products received by you. To request a replacement, simply contact us with your purchase details within 7 days of receipt of the product, after 7 days of receipt of the product, we will not take the request for a replacement. In the case of services, terms and conditions related to refund policy will be applicable to the extent mentioned in the agreement/contract between the service seeker and Insight Development Educational Academy (if applicable and mentioned in the concerned agreement/contract). Advance payment made for seeking any type of service will only be refunded to the customer if Insight Development Educational Academy opts not to provide the concerned service due to any reason in the beginning only. Once the process of service starts, Insight Development Educational Academy has no refund policy. Advance payment will not be refunded if the customer changes his/her mind in between the process of service after making the advance payment. Therefore the customers are advised to make sure their intention to seek any service before advance payment.
