There are two ways to pay either you may send money to our bank account and share its receipt with us or you may ask for link for payment?

Can I request a specific time or day for my Counselling?

Yes, we will do our best to comply with your request, but due to the limited availability of evening counselling appointments, we give first preference to students who are unable to attend during the day due to their classes or fieldwork.

Will records be kept about my Counselling?

Yes, the counselling centre keeps records of the people who come to it for help in accordance with standards of professional practise. Individual counsellors record sessions in notes. Counselling sessions, reports, and other interactions between students and counsellors are all treated with confidentiality and are not disclosed to anyone. Since it is a confidential document, no one may request or obtain this information under RTI.
